Auckland 2015

This digital storytelling workshop was instrumental in developing a kaupapa Māori approach to digital storytelling. It was part of a project developed with the Te Arai: Palliative care end of life research group in the School of Nursing at the University of Auckland.

Making these stories allowed caregivers to reflect upon their own experiences and to share their insights with others.

Digital Stories Asia-Pacific is a project run by Shuchi Kothari and Sarina Pearson. We hold workshops that help community groups around the Asia-Pacific region make films using the digital storytelling (DST) model of short-form, low-tech filmmaking.
